The US crypto industry is reassessing its political strategy ahead of the November midterm elections following the Senate's failure to advance the Clarity Act, a major crypto market-structure bill.

Crypto groups have spent more than USD 300 million across the current and previous election cycles, largely supporting candidates from both parties.
